Google’s Latest Update BERT – 2020 August

Google made a new update for search engine results. This update, called Google BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers), will cause major changes in organic search results.

What is BERT?

In 2015, Google supported the Rankbrain algorithm with machine learning in order to provide the most suitable results for the searches, by trying to imitate the human behavior of the computer, making it more logical and closest to the results.

BERT update in 2019, on the other hand, will list the most consistent and accurate results by taking all the words into a logical evaluation instead of processing the words of the search query.

BERT is based on a pre-trained, open-source NPL (Natural Language Processing) model. While examining the entire sentence to find the missing word in the search query. It is separated from other updates with this feature.

How does BERT Work?

BERT, which will also use machine learning algorithms, has a two-way language processing feature. It tries to understand the relationship of each word with another word. It uses a more complex masked tongue model, as opposed to a superficial bidirectional tongue processing that goes from right to left, from left to right.
